I have done my jio fiber connection on 11 th and on the next day the engineer have came and told me that they will put my work on hold and then on 13th August they have cancelled my order without giving me any information and then from that day i am continuously contacting the costumer care but they are not picking up the call and if they pick call they are not sharing valuable information. The amount that i have paid is 3501.82 rupees .
As i have my online classes going on and i am not able to study due to these internet issues.
Please do something so that i can easily do my classes.
