I had a active Alliance broadband Connection from 22Dec 2022 to 22Jan 2023.
But the Jio sales agent promised me about giving me a extra month of connection through voucher as i was already having a connection and they gave fiber connection from 26th Dec 2022 to 31st march 2023 (3 month 100mbps plan) + 1month as promised by sales agent.
again I was charges extra around 170 rupees for connection from 26 Dec to 31 Dec as their billing cycle is from 1st of every month, the agent also didn’t inform me about it.
But at the end of completing 3 months agent often don’t pick calls and when he picked up just said that the seniors are not giving coupons anymore. which caused me a loss of around Rs. 800 and mental harassment too.
