I am using Jio from the Last 8 months and paid an INR 1500 Security deposit. Now I want to disconnect the connection. And I called customer care they said that they will charge INR 1000 from the security as installation charges.
I asl them that when applying for JIO fiber they said there are no installation charges. and I Paid a Security deposit. I have all the emails from the time of installation request I ask them to show me an email in which you have written INR. 1000 is installation charges. They are not giving any positive solution please help!
