My jio fiber account number is 299352561771. I cancelled my connection more than 6 months back I receive emails and SMS that someone will come and pick up router and refund money. But that never happened. Everytime I have to call you and waste my time. Now a days I am getting wrong SMS saying that I asked to hold the pickup
so what your team is doing? saving you money or giving bad impression on your company? Are you waiting till the router get damaged so that you need not to refund my money? is this how a company work? BIG SHAME ON YOUR TEAM AND CUSTOMER CARE.
