I got my jio fiber cancelled due to non usage.
My account was suspended within 3 days.
And, when I requested for refund of my security deposit (2500), I am not being provided with the same.
I raised several service requests with customer care, but all are being closed without any action or updation to me.
They say the refund has been processed without asking for my bank details.
