My name is Dheer Bavishi. My registered number is 9727262162. I have cancelled my jio fiber connection with service no. 299258007288 on 5th June. My account is already suspended But still nobody come to pickup my device. And still I haven’t received my refund. Already 37 days passed and Daily I got a message that service request is rescheduled on next day. I have called customer care several time but no response from your side. I’m tired now. Please give solution as earliest as possible.
