Hi I got jio fiber a month back and it’s not working now. I’ve made complaint yesterday first they said it will be resolved in 2_3 hours (around 6in the eve). I called up again around 6.30 representative said they will send technician next day in the morning but no one came so I called up again so same story that there technician is not available so reschedule it for next day. Pls look into the matter and get back.
