I have purchase a 6month plan for Rs.5994 + GST which includes Amazon Prime subscription for the period.
All other subscriptions has been enabled but not Amazon Prime.
I raised the complaint on Jio-Fiber support and they agreed that it is a known problem and they are looking at it on priority.
After few follow ups they disagree that this is a problem and start mentioning company policies since I missed 1 month of subscription in between. I escalated this concern to their Appellate officer but no result.
Now its been 4 months and I am not getting anywhere with the resolution nor do they provide any alternate solution to this.

Request you to please help me to resolve this problem and receive compensation for the 4 months of missed services for Amazon Prime.
