jio fiber charge me approx 3000 Rs and delayed my fiber installation process and after delayed it for 3-4 days they told me we are cancelling your order as we are unable to installing fiber in your home as your home is beside road side . I means my neighbours are using jio fiber and they are saying we are unable to installing fiber in your home and cancelling my order for such problems if they can’t service then why they came in my home and charged me for jio fiber such a lame excuses they are giving now they can easily do installation as my home is beside the main road near poles and they are not doing anything , I need internet service as I can’t able to attend my online classes and other online facilities.
