I was sold jio fiber connection saying that it would be provided within 24-48 hrs. I was registered on a Saturday 17-4-2021 afternoon as a jio fiber customer and was assured that the connection will be provided first thing on the Monday 19-04-2021 morning. On calling on Monday morning I was asked to wait till 2-3 pm on calling at 3 pm I was messaged by your engineer “5 mints” again I had to call him an hour later where he told me it’ll take him another one hour. After two hours when I called him again he told me that he’s just coming at my house only. I waited for around half an hour and when I called him again three continuous phone calls of mine gone unanswered. Still I haven’t been provided with the connection i.e. 20-04-2021
Not only this but one of your service provider asked me to give him “kharcha paani” as the wired connection is to be taken from a little long distance. Even after I was assured that I won’t have to pay a single dime after the payment of 2500 for registration.
I want strict action against your engineer for such an ill-mannered and unprofessional behaviour. Or a compensation for the trauma I dealt with.
It is my appeal to look into the matter urgently and provide me with the resolution as soon as possible
