Text of Complaint by Ranjeet Singh:

Actually I have Jio Fiber internet in my home. Last month I was changed my home. Than I send email to company for Relocate my Fiber. Than company told in my new address we don’t have Fiber line. But for new Jio Fiber they are ready. My work is suffered than I told him cancel my plan. They cancel immediately and told me engineer coming at your home and Refund my security but it’s nearly a month they did not refund my money. In between I book a new Jio Fiber same day they coming at my home and I pay again and they put new Jio Fiber but now that as well not working I call many time emails many time but he can’t do nothing please tell what I need to do know
