Dear Concern,
This complaint is regarding Jio Fiber connection linked with my mobile number 8262844444, This is to inform that since Oct’23 to till date there is more than 10 days were i was not able to use internet because no internet. Further Jio representative are denying to give validity extension saying that if complaint does not get resolved in 3 days then only they provide extension, which means they keep on disconnecting for 2 day or less than 3 days then they will resume and keep repeating the same. Please take restrict action in this matter to keep obey the service they promised.
