I have Raised one incident on 9th June, That my Internet is not working and I need a technician visit at my home. No one visited and they closed my complaint without asking me. My internet was still not working, then I again called Jio care and asked them to reopen my case and make an engineer visit and check the issue. The engineer visited and he said its the issue from their side and it will be automatically resolved. I call them everyday and they say that it will be resolved in 24hrs. Its almost 7th day of the complaint but my issue is still not resolved. Please help me.
