I have recharged for Jio Fiber connection for 6 months in the month of 15th Feb, 2023 and used till month of May, 2023 and due to some reason I shifted to the other area and put the request for relocation of Jio connection. Now, I am getting reply that relocation is not possible due to technical reasons and temporary closure is also not possible and incase you cancel the connection then only security deposit will refund your advance payment/advance recharge which I am not going to use which values around INR 1415 that we can’t refund due to company policy that is totally unfair.

Monthly once jio fiber connection disconnected we are missing 2 days of data connectivity issue, even service engineer came to service a same spot also issue will not resolve, because of each customer each service ticket s required then only they will resolve… Today I’m facing issue mean next day only service engineer will assign but jio fiber one day of compensation of my connection issue… What a fucking service they’re giving
