Since 29 January 2023net is not working also I have raised complaint many times but fiber team is not resolving the problem apart of it always says why you are raising complaint,call me personally, technician are not professional, since I have got connection in aug 2022 same problem facing every month, technician came house and told summit your connection or take new connection,I’m fail to understand why they are not resolved my problem instead of they give me threat that they will not resolved it ,Mr, Deepak Gupta who told me these words, technician Suraj who did wrong connection,
This is really very bad experience where customer care is also not giving any solution
