My Jio Fiber internet is not working since November 13/11/2022. Cas has been raised, but without my confirmation case is being closed or put on hold , where in i am not in any society . I have been told engineer will visit today appointment is rescheduled. So far no engineer has visited. I have been paying the bill without using any of the services. Even i had raised for disconnection no response. Only i have been notified of due amount rather resolving the issue. no 1 is sharing the escalation matrix. Approached appellate_karnataka@jio.com – no use. I have got revert saying your not reachable on the account number. Have written to them that you are trying to connect me on the affected number rather connecting me on the specified number. Really pathetic service. they are just bothered about the money they are getting rather providing service. If any issue their higher authorities needs to intervene & sort it out. they ask to sort it out. did they ask my permission to lay the UG fiber cable on the road.
frustrated with this JIO service. They are not refunding my amount also.
