Text of Complaint by Niharika Pareek:

Since 28th sep internet is not working at my place.
I have called multiple times to customer care but the executives are just answering in robitic way with the same sentences that please be patient ,the engineer visit is scheduled.
After multiple appointments fixed with engineers ,till date nobody has visited my place and the services are still off.
Also,one of the engineer misbehaved on call and said that i will not visit whatever you want to do ,do!
I have never experienced such a wordt customer support in my entire life.
Yesterday i asked one of the representative to transfer my call to a senior member,sime Priyanka oicked the call then and promised me that she has raised a issue with high priority which will be resolved within 8 hrs.
When i woke up today morning that ticket is resolved when nobody even visited my place also,and the internet is still off at my place how can they resolve the ticket?
I have reached out to Mr Anuj Jain also on linkedin to report this issue.
So far, haven’t received any response from him as well.

I would never suggest anything related to jio in my entire life.

Also,will disconnect this connection today only till afternoon if the issue is not solved i will go for some other service provider.

If you guys have any understanding of customer care really.

Please look into my issue on the highest possible priority and level.
