I had put up a request to discontinue my jio fiber connection on 19 July, 2021 after using it for 20 days. The device was picked up on 31.07.2021 after severally follow ups. After device pick up I received an email that my refund will be processed in 7 -14 days. But till today 25.08.2021 I have not received any refund from them. Please hp me escalate the matter.
