Applied for Jio fiber on 10 June and amount deducted on same day.I waited for one week patiently after that daily doing mails and calls to their customer care no but all in vain. Every time rescheduling appointment and no one is comming. This is too much annoying as even customer care is not giving satisfactory reply , theft have only one reply that rescheduled your appointment and engineer will surely come this time.
Pathetic Job to call Jio customer care.Even resheduled appointment for 10 pm which is not possible (screenshot attached)
