Text of Complaint by Shweta Kapur:

I got the jio connection for fiber and DTH installed in May. Since it was trial pack and I was not satisfied as they had sold the product fooling me around, I requested for disconnection and refund of amount as applicable.

Now it’s been 20 days but no one is coming for pick up of devices. Everytime I am given a new date through SMS and whenever I call Customer Care for status update or ask for escalation, they register a new complaint and reschedule the engineer’s visit for pick up of devices but no one comes and no action is being taken. From escalation mail id, I get auto reply only- 5 reminders have already been sent. And the no. Given for escalation on their website doesn’t work and gets disconnected after the two main options on IVR.
