I installed jio fiber on 15th feb and from 22nd feb internet was not working. Then I raised request and I didn’t get any response. And on 3rd march I requested cancellation of jio fiber. Till today 16-03-2022 I didn’t get any call for pickup. And now jio is sending me message that u device Cannot be collected even after several attempts to contact you and we will not be able to process any refund
