I got the jio fiber connection in March 22. Ever since i got the connection activated, it is giving problem. 5g network doesn’t show only. Had complaint number of times but the customer care only says we are looking in to it on priority. It’s been more than a month problem has not been resolved. Neither are they giving the refund. I did a mistake by paying them in advance for 6 months. One Engineer visited and said that the router only has some problem, but they are not replacing it.
