I purchased jio fiber connection in 30th july 2021. When i purchases that connection jio sales agent told me this have relocate facility in jio but now when i shift in 1 km radius other locations they refuse to relocate. They told me purchase a new connection and we will cancel that old connection with full refund but they didn’t do. Now i have two connections of jio fiber they not cancel any connection and even not help customer support and not refund my security deposit amount. Lots of time i called in customer support but no response. They told me i can’t understand language.
