I applied for jio fiber connection on 30 july 2021 and made payment for it.
Later 2-3 days i got messages of technical issue for installation
But yesterday i got a message containing service request number, i called customer care and they told me that it’s cancellation request from you.
I never requested for cancellation, but they are doing as per their own without my consent.
Earlier also I applied for the same but they cancelled after 2 days.
Please help me.
