I scheduled installation for Jio Fiber in my home. When the installation team came, they said that installation of fiber is not possible in my home. They told me to contact customer care and ask for a refund of my security deposit. However there is no one I can talk to and no one is listening to my complaint. I didn’t even get it installed!!! If installation is not possible then they should have told me beforehand. In the jio app it keeps showing activation in process but it is not possible only!
