My internet has not been working since the past two days. I really regret taking JIO FIBER. I wish TATA had better plans and had expanded its OTT services. Their customer care services are always on point and absolutely wonderful.
I wanted to work, I am a freelancer and I have incurred losses this last weekend as I lost a major project. Are these guys going to pay me. Plus all we get from their customer care is “Ma’am tomorrow, ma’am tomorrow” for sure. I am hearing this constant monotonous dialogue since the past two days and today they said I will be on high priority and the engineer will visit by 1 in the afternoon and when he didn’t the operator says, “Ma’am it’ll be done tomorrow afternoon.”
I have to bid on projects, complete deadlines how the hell am I supposed to do that without WIFI.
I really hope this organisation doesn’t get an ounce of profits, seriously. Unlike TATA, splurging money on their weddings and homes, showing off to the world and then comes the pathetic way they treat their customers they will surely come crashing down one day. These people fail to realise that their profits and wealth depend on happy consumers. And I being one of them is definitely NOT HAPPY.
