I have purchased jiofi device on Dec 2018. And after purchase within 15 days i am facing issue with battery and connectivity. Then last saturday company technician changed PCB board but still issue is same. I have asked for replacement but the person at customer care is very hopeless and also not at all helpful.
One of the pathetic service got from Jio. I have mailed the customer care but no response till date.
