Text of Complaint by Umesh:

I have paid 3536 rupees instantly to jio for new broadband connection on July 30. Its been more than 5 days and no one approached me for installation. Technician never attends my call. When calling customer care they always say 24 hours and the poor thing they cannot transfer my call to seniors. After many escalations i never received a call from their team. My installion date is keep on changing. Worst service ever. Yesterday i have raised for cancellation request and still now i did not received any message regarding that and poor thing is that i still receive messages of installation appointment. Their customer service is very pathetic. Called them and asked about my cancellation and they say it takes 7 days. See i blocked my money now and i get it after 7 business days without interest. Jio is fooling us. I don’t recommend it.
