Text of Complaint by Siddhartha Kansal:

Honestly, setting up eSIM for Jio on my iPhone has been a nightmare. I visited at least 5 different stores over the course of 3 weeks with total visits of at least 20 together. All of them were like we will set up eSIM right now if you will get a new sim but will have to come tomorrow if it’s an old sim. This is probably because Jio does not pay them for this and don’t select the right individuals for your company. I even complained about it on the customer care line but they were like they don’t have the authority to contact the Jio Store.

 

Now finally after 3 weeks when I was able to get eSIM on my phone, it’s been like 12 hours and it has not got started. I tried calling the customer care but just kept on moving here and there but could not talk to any advisor.
