I had purchased a jio fiber (1135517527) back in nov, In Arpil I faced an issue with my modem and lost my internet connection. Jio engineer visited my place and told me that the modem model had some issue and would need a replacement for which I would need to apply for a new connection and my current connection will be disconnected.
Here are my concerns:
Jio engineer visited my place and informed that there are some issues with your current modem and I will need to apply for a new connection for my services to continue
1. I was informed that my refund of 2500 would be given back to me and the new connection will be insulated. I only got Rs1500 Back as I had used it beyond the trail period (Engineer never informed me about that clause)
2. Upon confirming from the customer care a new connection was never required my modem could have been replaced with the existing connection itself.
3. I was informed that my plan of 999 would be transferred to the new connection but that also did not happen.
4. After all this, when I told that Ill raise a complaint against them, Mr Jitender called me 31st Apr and told me that we will get a 1000 rs recharge done on my account and asked me not to raise the complaint
5. After a week I called him again and he told me my recharge will be done on 7th May
6. I have been calling him since and now he has stopped picking up my call.
So it was all misinformation to extract 2500 out of my packet and provide me a new connection. All cheats and lie.
All this was done my Mr Sumit Mobile # 9310425811 ,Mr Ajit Mobile # 8287014868 and Mr Jitender Mobile# 8178963050
I want to know how can you reimberse me for the 1000 rupees I paid for installetion as cancellation and new installation request were done my the JIO engineer and not me.
