I Was informed that they would guarantee me the return of my
Security payment money fully of amount 4500 for the jio fiber device which I have cancelled the connection and they have taken back the device on the month of February and after all these months I have received only an amount of 2700 out of 4500 of my security deposit money, ive attached an photocopy of my bank statement proof downby that ive only received this amount of 2700 out of 4500.
When I contact them for my money they have not at all responding as its not their concern while they have guaranteed the return of full security desposit amount.
