Ashish from Jio Fiber in Nagpur has been continuously ignoring the request to repair the wifi services at my home. When I try to call the engineer, who has been assigned by Jio to rectify the issue, the engineer is ignoring the calls and has now blocked my calls. We have been calling Jio everyday since 3 weeks at least 5 times to put service request for repair and this request is then taken by the engineer Ashish who on purpose puts the request on hold. Hence, I am handicapped and the engineer is on purpose putting all my service requests on hold and has also seem to informed other engineers the same and has even blocked my calls. This is pure harassment of me and my family as my job depends on wifi which is just inexistant.
