Jio employee took money from me when they knew that Jio Fibre service is not available in my area. I booked the Jio Fibre installation for my place. I asked multiple times whether Jio Fibre service is available in my area. They said yes. They came to my house today, took all my documents including my finger prints and the money. Then after couple of hours they are saying that the installation is not possible because Jio Fibre service is not available in the area. More than money, it’s about the documents I shared with them. Jio employees should have informed me before that they do not have Jio service in the area
