I got a call from a jio employee, saying that she called me yesterday but i didnt pick up when in reality i didnot get any call from the same number. When she enquired me why I havenot recharged my number I said I have been working my way through with another number without getting this one recharged. My next line was supposed to be,” I am a student so it’s difficult for me to ask for recharges again and again from my parents.” But she cut me through and Very Rudely said,”theek hai aap ussi number se kaam chlaiye” and cut the call in my face. I really donot expect to be treated this way being a loyal employee of Jio. This is not acceptable especially because she didnt even listen to the entire thing. It’s a request to concerned authorities to take an action and please ask the employees to be a little more understanding when they donot know what is happening in others’ lives.
