JIO Number 9380929780
My cellphone was stolen at Hyderabad airport yesterday at around 4.45pm.
My son called to deactivate/block the Jio SIM by about 5.45pm.
Today I went to Jio showroom at Nungambakkam to get a duplicate SIM at about 12 noon.

. Till 1.30 pm they were not able to get the alternative number updated in the system. Five times retina scan was done
Again I went at 4.15 pm. Waited for 45 minutes, another 4 times retina scan.
Till now I’m not able to get the verification/OTP to the alternate number 9840393119. This gives a Very, very Poor image of Jio services
