This complane regarding My JIOFY no. 7905070879
I do rechrge on 9th May 2020 by Rs. 155 but the dongal not responding I try all the messure like on/off the dongle, open the cover and by a pin reset the dongle but there is no internet and now today when I check on mobile there shows no recharge.
Try to complane to your no. 1991, 198 but all vane they not giving the proper reply and it is regret to say that talking to customer care executive to much long time and steps which irrerate the consumere
