I have disconnected a connection year back with JIO connection number was 400121517883 and still following up with JIO Fiber for refund of Rs4500. Looks like reliance dont have the money to pay to the customer where they have taken refundable deposit, rather they could have mentioned this as cost and not make fool of a customer. I am hoping after the complaint here i might get my refund back.
