Requested disconnection and refund of Jio fiber connection around mid August. No response initially. Then got a couple of calls asking why I want to disconnect. Received SMS that modem would be picked up by end of August 2020. No one turned up. No response from Jio care or even appellate team. Does not even allow me to connect via phone with customer service team.
