Text of Complaint by NIKIT THACKER:

I have raised request for pickup jio device on 03.03.2022 and customer care raised the request for pickup on 4th March however post that they have changed the dates 5th times but nobody is coming to pick the device. Jio fibre don’t want to return the money as per the policy. Such a harassment and struggling since 7 days
