I have installed a Jio Fiber Trial connection and my account Number is 299850795683. Jio clearly communicates that after disconnecting the connection customers will be able to get their security amount but when I disconnected my jio account after one month they denied to refund the amount and their customer care officers said this is our procedure. When I asked is there any written communication or agreement where it was mentioned or anyone verbally mentioned then they said we do not have. They said your are eligible for only 500 rupees. They even denied to refund my recharge amount of 999 rupees which for the same connection as well. So out of 2499 rupees they said I am eligible for 500 only.

They are just making their own procedures and guidelines after customer get jio fiber connection.
Please help this is totally fraud and wrong communications they are influencing into the market. I also have few mails written to them.
