Reliance data is exhausted. My 1.5 GB data is disappearing even without using it properly. I was just doing my studies at night from my phone and within 1 hrs after getting new 1.5 GB and within few minutes I got a message that my data is exhausted. Internet stops working suddenly and then I restarted my phone. Even that net is not working. Around 12:40 o’clock a sms comes from jio your 90% data is consumed. Even after network is not working so I turn off my phone. How it’s possible? Jio data balance is disappearing even without using it. This affect my studies as iI have purchased an online classes. Jio should take take care of their customers.
