Text of Complaint by Sanyam Jamwal:

We wanted to cancel our jio fiber connection and put in a request to do the same as we had to relocate to Bangalore from New Delhi.
We called the the customer support number at 10:57 AM as shown in the photo attached below,
The representative told us to deposit the router and set top box at a physical jio store.
We proceeded to visit the store in dwarka sector 10, the lady there told us that we couldn’t submit it and/or do anything because we didn’t have a valid “CO” number, We are leaving for bangalore today and are completely stuck. The representative should be reprimanded for providing incorrect information and wasting our time. Also the representative at the dwarka sector 10 branch was very immature and unprofessional, her attitude wasn’t correct.
