Morning I went to Jio customer care centre to get a Physical Sim from eSim and They charged me Rupees 149 Instead of already fixed rate of Rupees 50/-,when I asked him He said “Sir Woh pehle tha par ab nhi” and I didn’t respond back for that and I paid the total amount he asked me to pay. And I have a Proof of sending him the Money and Have Email from Jio too. This is not about money but this shouldn’t happen to anyone in the name of customer service
