I got a call from Jio fibercustomer care on 2nd August for the payment of next month bill. I said I want to change my plan the next month. The customer care person said that I will be online only, you can change your plan on the call and it will be reflected in your account after this billing date i.e from 21st August 2023. He convinced me to change my plan on the call only so I did the same but it reflected immediately in my account. Before I had Amazon prime membership plan of 999 till 20th August and now it got cancelled because of his wrong information. Amazon prime offers are going on now.. when I wanted to purchase, it says Amazon prime membership cancelled but it’s not my fault. It’s the fault from customer care people. Why should I suffer because of them. I couldn’t shop on Amazon as the prime membership got cancelled. Request you to please give back my Amazon prime membership till 20th August or a refund to buy Amazon prime membership plan for 1 month.
