I have tried calling all jio customer care number which is very frustrating. The menu provided by jio upon calling on these numbers are all same, wether dialling on 199 or 1991 etc. At least 199 should not containt the same menu, as it is customer care complain portal where we talk to real human being and convey our problem to them. But it has the same menu which i think is made porposly so that customer become frustrated on listening the never ending recorded voice info, which was ment to solve problem by human intervention. May be because jio doesnt want to record our statement or it has shortage of customer care. I just want to complain about my internet speed, which runs like 2g. Whats the use for me if i have purchased 4g sim but the speed is never like 4g. Are jio is making fool of us.
