I have been facing coverage issue in Juhu, Mumbai 400049, for over a week have raised complaints to customer care but no solution received yet. They keep mentioning that they have limited coverage on this area. What I fail to understand is I have been using this connection for over a year have not had issue in this area then how come suddenly they have limited coverage in this area. Excuse given by customer care simply not acceptable Hope they resolve this issue at the earliest else they stand to loose 6 nos to MNP to other service providers.
