Text of Complaint by Ankur:

I logged a complaint for a connectivity issue on 2nd August for which I got the appointment for 4th August but fortunately, it’s restored automatically. But on 4th August i. e. Today technician visited my place and I told him it’s running ok he raised an OTP for a closer complaint I shared the same with him after that he did a dome experiment in the main box and our connectivity got stuck when I asked him why had done this than he used some technical terms and told me again logged the complaint he cannot do any thing. And behavior was very rude. How company such jio can harass customers like this? And who will be responsible for the loss? I have all recordings on my mobile as well as the CCTV camera if no action is taken immediately I will log a complaint in consumer court
