The complaint of mine is against Jio Telecom services.I got my number port from vodafone to jio on 1st March,2019.The phone number is 9022886501. Since the day I am unable to receive incoming call from other telecom network other than Jio.I have given complaint on 198 multiple times dated on 1st,3rd,6th,7th,9th,11th,13th of March. My complaint is not being resolved and just getting dates posponed by 24 hours everytime without any update of complaint.Also last time round on 13th the behaviour of customer care was worst where they were doing mimic of mine as if I am talking like a fool. This has became one major issue with no answers or solution given by customer care.
