Called Jio customer care @ 1800 88 99999 at 12:18pm dated May 05, 2019. Coordinator Ms Priyanka has no resolution. Interested in keeping the phone down, instead of listening to the customer.
Issue: Super slow speed in my area. Residing in IP extension. Patparganj. From last so many months.
Resolution what she gave: Because lot of customers are using internet at same time thats why speed is slow. Dont know how long it would take.
My Submission: When Jio is now second largest service provider, so more people would use the internet. Its natural. It is our mistake to buy Jio then?? We should go for other service providers then which can provide us faster speeds. what are you guys talking. And you guys are after is to use Jio fiber. Wow. Stupidity.
