Dear Sir,
I have purchase the New Jio SIM. conmection on 15th Aug’18 and from that day onward to till now i’m facing the internet speed related issues. As per the plan i have to get 6MBPS speed but what i’m geeting is 0.10 KBPs to 10.00 KBPS speed only in Mumbai area in the diameter of 45 km i.e. between my home location to office location.
When I have raised the complaint to Jio customer care they simply said aand close the complaint that, we are constructing new site and it will take 120 days to get proper speed.
Then i requested them to return my amount which i have paid for next 3month. As i will not get your services till 120 days. They deny to return back my money and also they deny to provide the committed serives till 120 days.
